Unique 2-day english-spoken workshop in August

Come join us in our first parent-supporting 2-day basic PECS training workshop, open especially to parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. accompanied, if wanted, by their own therapist. The workshop will be held on 24-25 August 2007 on the island of Zakynthos, Greece!

This will offer parents:

1. the opportunity to discuss issues concerning their own experiences with PECS
2. time to hang around with other parents and share their feelings
3. the opportunity to spend more time and discuss face-to-face with the consultants (Anna Plessa, Director of Pyramid Greece, and Jo-Anne Matteo, US Consultant)
4. an excuse to have a lovely holiday on the island!

If the family is accompanied by their own therapist, teacher, assistant etc., the family will have the opportunity:

1. to participate in the Family Intensive Summer Programme that will be held on the same dates (20-31 August)
2. to receive private consultation from any of our consultants on issues concerning PECS
3. to listen other parents’ cases and experiences and gain a deeper understanding

This programme is intended for a limited number of families & can host only few individual participants for the 2-day basic PECS training and consultation. Additionally, consultation and observation of the application during the summer intensive programme is offered on an individual basis.
